<\/span>What is NADH?<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]NADH stands for “n<\/strong>icotinamide-a<\/strong>denine d<\/strong>inucleotide h<\/strong>ybrid” also known as coenzyme1.
\nNADH is essentially involved in energy production in the cell. Here, NADH provides the hydrogen that reacts with oxygen in the cell to produce energy. NADH could be called a fuel supplier in energy production.
\nNADH is an endogenous enzyme that is predominantly found in the body where energy is produced. The highest concentrations are found in the heart and brain. With increasing age, the production of NADH decreases.<\/p>\n

The production of NADH decreases with age.
